SUMMARY:

It was a slow day at work and I got a lot of writing down in my free time. I'm already starting to reconsider writing all of this out because it's amazing what doesn't "sound" that bad when you are doing it, but it really makes you look and think when you log it. Some things look and sound much better on paper - but my daily food and spending does NOT look good written out. Ay!

I did play 2 games of volleyball and 3 games of ping-pong, so I had some activity, just not an intentional workout.

Overall, it was a good day.

  1. this is exciting...keep the posts coming. I need to try to figure out how to subscribe to this blog so it can notify me on my dashboard when you've written a new post. Otherwise I will forget to check back for new entries. Did you disable following? I need that option!

Watch out on those breakfasts...pure sugar! As you probably know, that's gonna spike your blood sugar, then it's gonna bottom out. That's dangerous. I'm not one to talk today though because I just ate 2 bowls of cinnamon toast crunch for breakfast. That was my first "I'm so hungry, I want to eat the tastiest and fastest thing available" breakfast. Here in a few minutes I'm gonna go make my usual bowl of oatmeal- slow cooking oats, a little honey, cinnamon, frozen berries, and flax seed. Yum! I might even have a side of whole wheat toast. :)

Props to you though on willing to be so vulnerable with your food intake. Don't go back on writing it all down. That holds you accountable and will hopefully cause change. That's what you want, right?

  2. oh, also...you might want to send out an email and formally notify everyone of what's happening. I just got an email from blogger which I thought was funny but not too strange since I use blogger pretty regularly. But for people who don't blog, they might not pay any attention to it or understand it at all unless you tell them what's going on.
