Wellness Log: 4/22/12

EXERCISE:
  • 2.8 mile walk w/ Becky
  • 2.5 hrs indoor volleyball
WATER: 16 oz

DIET:

Breakfast: IHOP (10:15a) - $10 (cash)
  • 3 pancakes w/ strawberry syrup
  • hashbrowns
  • 3 scrambled eggs w/ diced ham & cheese
Lunch/Dinner: McDonalds (4:15p) - $10 (credit)
  • Chicken Club Sandwich
  • Large Fry
  • Large Diet Dr. Pepper
Snack: Chipotle - $3 (cash)
  • Chips & Guacamole - 6:00p
  • Gem Powdered Donuts - 5:20p
$$ SPENT ON FOOD: $25.00

BIBLE READING/STUDY:
  • Church @ LifePointe of Olathe
SUMMARY:

It was a very busy day with a lot of driving all over town. I was worn out by the end of the day. It was an highly ACTIVE day, but HORRIBLE eating day!

GOOD NEWS is I went to Kristin's house and we prepared meals for the week!!! YAY!!!

I was also had the following challenges for this next week:
  • DRINK MORE WATER (Stacy)
  • WEIGH ON MONDAY AND AGAIN ON FRIDAY WITH NO FAST FOOD (Kristin)
  • PRE-SET A WORKOUT PLAN (Kristin)
