DIET:


Breakfast - (11:00 a)

  • Turkey Burger (no bread/sauce, toppings)
  • Diet Dr. Pepper

Lunch - (3:00 p)

  • Grilled Chicken Breast (Teriyaki Merinade)
  • Guacamole Chips
  • Blueberry Muffin
  • Diet Dr. Pepper

Dinner -

  • Cheez-it's chex mix (Grab Bag) (8:00p)

Snack -

  • Apple (1:00p)
  • Orange (6:00p)

READING/STUDY:


n/a - I read the verses of the day, but my routine was off. I was working downtown and it threw everything out of sorts. I didn't have to be to work until 11a and got off at 8p.


SUMMARY:


It wasn't a "horrible" day, but it was by no means a "good" day either.
