- 1/4 chopped steak w/ mushrooms & cheese
- 2 dinner rolls w/ honey cinnamon butter
- Side Salad w/ ranch
- Loaded Mashed potatoes (1/4 serving)
- (8:20a) - Snack size bag crunchy cheetos
- (3:00p) - Golden Delicious Apple

I had to work today (Saturday), but planned out my breakfast a bit better than weeks past! YAY! I bought some microwave meals to stock in the work fridge for when I'm unprepared and today I actually made one (up until now I've had them, but still opted to get something else).
Walk with Mom was leisurely, reminded me how much I need to get back to it though because even though it was slow, it was HARD!
Got to do dinner with Audrey & Matt, which was nice.
Overall good day.
good job today...i'm especially happy to see that increased water intake!
