Wellness Log: 4/21/12

EXERCISE:
  • 2.25 mile walk with Mom @ Frisco Lake
WATER INTAKE: 42 oz


DIET:


Breakfast (9:15a) -
  • Protein Smoothie (4 oz skim milk, vanilla greek yogurt, frozen strawberries, 1/2 banana, 2 tsp protein powder, 1.5 tbsp benefiber)
  • Other 1/2 banana
  • 4 oz milk
Lunch (12:15p) -
  • Balsamic Garlic Chicken (Healthy Choice Steamer Bowl)
  • 1 cup black bean soup

Dinner (8:30p)-


TEXAS ROADHOUSE (with Audrey & Matt)
  • 1/4 chopped steak w/ mushrooms & cheese
  • 2 dinner rolls w/ honey cinnamon butter
  • Side Salad w/ ranch
  • Loaded Mashed potatoes (1/4 serving)
Snack -
  • (8:20a) - Snack size bag crunchy cheetos
  • (3:00p) - Golden Delicious Apple

  • $15 - (cash) (including tip)
BIBLE READING/STUDY:
  • 2 Thessalonians 1:3 (Bible App Verse of the Day)
  • John 10:28-30 (Biblegateway.com Verse of the Day)
  • John 19:28-42 (Reading Plan)
  • 1 Peter 4-5 (BSF Study/Questions)
SUMMARY:


I had to work today (Saturday), but planned out my breakfast a bit better than weeks past! YAY! I bought some microwave meals to stock in the work fridge for when I'm unprepared and today I actually made one (up until now I've had them, but still opted to get something else).


Walk with Mom was leisurely, reminded me how much I need to get back to it though because even though it was slow, it was HARD!


Got to do dinner with Audrey & Matt, which was nice.


Overall good day.
