1 mile walk (with kids - babysitting)

Breakfast (9:40a) -
  • McDonald's Oatmeal (no sugar) + stevia & benefiber
  • (1) Breakfast Burrito 
  • Iced Tea + stevia
Lunch (1:50p) -

  • Planet Sub Southwest Chipotle Chicken sandwich
  • Doritos
  • 20 oz Coke Zero mixed with Cherry Coke

Dinner-
  • Sliced chicken sandwich
  • Pasta Salad

Snack-
  • (11:30a) - Banana

SUMMARY:


It was a good day overall - this food stuff still sucks though! I need to get back into a workout routine. Didn't spend enough focused time reading either.

  2. LeAnn - I have to work downtown at Town Pavilion next week, so nope, sorry - can't do next Tuesday. I'm downtown Friday-Wednesday.
