SUMMARY:

I need to start eating BEFORE work on Saturday's. When I get here it is typically non-stop until 1-2p and then I'm super hungry come lunch time and I have to order food when I'm not prepared with a lunch. :(

    1. That's why I said what I said in my summary. I'm always running behind on Saturday's because I'm out so late on Friday's and I tell myself, "Oh, I'll just eat breakfast once I get to work." Well, I should have learned by now because what happens is I get slammed at work with no relief until 1-2p because they only schedule 1 personal banker on Saturday's for a 7 hour shift which means we get no lunch break. It's odd - but yes, I need to learn from my mistake because I've done this about 3 times with the same result each time now. Argh! I work again this Saturday too.

    2. Maybe you should take some breakfast to work- oatmeal or something and just try to get there a little early and eat before your shift starts?

OR.... on Friday nights you could make some healthy breakfast muffins. Check out http://www.eatingwell.com/ They have all kinds of great, healthy recipes.
