Wellness Log: 4/25/12

WATER: 32 oz


EXERCISE: n/a - I was supposed to walk this morning and they changed my work schedule - now I hope to this evening since I'll be getting off earlier.


DIET:


Breakfast - (9:00a)
  • Salad w/ turkey burger & light ranch dressing
Lunch - (3:00p)
  • Chicken Teriyaki stir-fry w/ spaghetti noodles (chicken breast, broccoli, carrots, green onions, water chestnuts, portabella mushrooms, spaghetti, teriyaki sauce)
  • Large Iced Tea w/ Splenda

Dinner - (7:30p)
  • Salad w/ turkey burger & light ranch dressing
Snack -
  • Sugar Cookie (Price Chopper was giving out free sugar cookies) - 2:15p
  • Snack bag Cheetos
  • Snack bag Lays Chips

$$ SPENT ON FOOD:

  • $17 @ Price Chopper for Veggies, salad dressing, protein bar and Teriyaki Sauce
