EXERCISE: n/a - I was supposed to walk this morning and they changed my work schedule - now I hope to this evening since I'll be getting off earlier.
DIET:

- Chicken Teriyaki stir-fry w/ spaghetti noodles (chicken breast, broccoli, carrots, green onions, water chestnuts, portabella mushrooms, spaghetti, teriyaki sauce)
- Large Iced Tea w/ Splenda
Dinner - (7:30p)
- Salad w/ turkey burger & light ranch dressing
- Sugar Cookie (Price Chopper was giving out free sugar cookies) - 2:15p
- Snack bag Cheetos
- Snack bag Lays Chips

- $17 @ Price Chopper for Veggies, salad dressing, protein bar and Teriyaki Sauce
