DIET:


Breakfast -
  • 1 Cinnamon sugar Bagel w/ Honey Nut Spread
  • 1/2 Raisin Bagel w/ Honey Nut Spread
Lunch -
  • Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry w/ spaghetti noodles (homemade) - YAY!
Dinner -
  • Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry w/ spaghetti noodles
Snack -
  • Grapefruit
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
DESSERT:
  • Orange Leaf (frozen yogurt) with Susan

SUMMARY:


Good day! Enjoyed walking club, great turn-out! We had 8 show-up and it had cooled down for a good and enjoyable walk. It was also nice to hang-out with Susan and we went on more of a "stroll" to talk which was VERY good and much needed.


Work has been pretty non-stop lately - WHEW!
