Wellness Log: 4/28/12

EXERCISE: n/a - CHANGED GYM MEMBERSHIPS THOUGH!!!


WATER INTAKE: 44oz


DIET:


Breakfast - (9:30a) Cale's T-ball pancake feed fundraiser
  •  3 pancakes w/ butter & syrup & 1 sausage link
Lunch - (2:30p)
  • Blue Corn chips w/ black bean salsa
Dinner - (4:00p) Dinner with Marie
  • Chick-fil-A grilled chicken nuggest kids meal (6 piece) w/ kids ice cream
$$ SPENT ON FOOD: $12 + going to grocery store for eggs, ground turkey and taco fixings


SUMMARY: This was a really productive day, but with A LOT of driving because I was transitioning between one house sitting job to the other and responsible for both for 1/2 a day (dog feeding/potty break schedules). Unfortunately I didn't get any reading in, but I woke up at a decent time and cleaned the first house before heading out by 7:30a. I went home to my apartment, showered, did a load of laundry and re-packed for the next house job. Went to a benefit breakfast for my friends son, signed up for a NEW gym, went and canceled my former gym membership, went grocery shopping, met up with a friend for a long-overdue time of catching up and watched a couple movies in the evening when I settled down at the 2nd house I'm working at. Good and relaxing, yet productive day. :)
