  • 1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt

Lunch -
  • Romaine Salad w/ Grilled Turkey Burger w/ cheese cut-up & ranch dressing
  • 1 oz bag of Lays Chips

Dinner - MUSTARD SEED HOUSE CHURCH
  • Breakfast for dinner - several different selections
Snack -

  • 8oz coffee w/ Vanilla FF creamer & stevia

  • Pancake Mix for Mustard Seed (Breakfast for dinner night)
  • Vanilla FF Creamer for coffee at work
  • Box of Stevia for work

  1. When are you eating your snacks? Obviously today's "snack" wasn't a snack at all- just extra calories.

    So on that note, my challenge for you this next week is to have some healthy snacks between meals. 1 between bf and lunch, and 1-2 between lunch and dinner. Ideally your snack should be a mix of protein an fiber (an apple and cheese-stick is great!).
