When are you eating your snacks? Obviously today's "snack" wasn't a snack at all- just extra calories.
ReplyDeleteSo on that note, my challenge for you this next week is to have some healthy snacks between meals. 1 between bf and lunch, and 1-2 between lunch and dinner. Ideally your snack should be a mix of protein an fiber (an apple and cheese-stick is great!).
