Wellness Log: 5/4/12

EXERCISE: 50 min cardio @ Aspen Fitness - 5:45am!!!!


WATER: 42 oz (at least)


BREAKFAST:

  • 1/2 Mr. Goodcents Sandwich
LUNCH:
  • 6 in. Mr. Goodcents turkey & roast beef on wheat w/ pepperjack cheese
  • Blue Corn Chips w/ fresh salsa

DINNER:

  • 6 in Mr. Goodcents turkey & roast beef on wheat w/ pepperjack cheese
  • Guys BBQ potato chips
ON ROAD FOOD:
  • Newton Blueberry Thins (@ hotel in St. Louis)
  • Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies (on road to St. Louis)
  • Honey Mustard Pretzels (@ hotel in St. Louis)
SUMMARY:

Busy day - early morning for workout. Spent lunch packing. Straight from work to head to meeting spot for road trip. GOOD DAY!
