Wellness Log: 5/1/12

EXERCISE:
  • Leisurely stroll on lunch with Cassy
  • Going to NEW gym tonight - we'll see what comes of it!
WATER: 32 OZ

DIET:

Breakfast:
  • Left over sweet n sour chicken (no sauce, no rice, just chicken) - about 5 pieces
  • 12 oz coffee with Vanilla creamer & stevia
Lunch: LUNCH DATE WITH CASSY @ SUBWAY
  • 6 in. Sweet Onion Teriyaki on wheat with lettuce, tomato, baby spinach (no sauce)
Dinner: OUT WITH MICHAEL, HUDSON, ELLIOTT & REBEKAH @ DENNY'S
  • 3 blueberry pancakes
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 2 Scrambled eggs with diced ham
  • hash browns w/ ketchup
Snack:
  • Animal Crackers

SUMMARY:


With my funky mood lately, it was good to go out with friends. It's a bummer because I skipped the gym to do so, however, it was much needed. Michael kidnapped me and I got to go with a group where we discussed the book: Victory in Spiritual Warfare by Tony Evans. It was a good time of discussion and it coupled some of the lessons from my BSF study the night before which was nice. It was to be around people which sounds funny coming from me, but I was planning on somewhat being a recluse in my "blah" mindset as of late and I'm glad Michael called and enjoyed our discussion there and back. I almost didn't answer, but I'm glad I did.


Overall the day was ok and enjoyed time with friends both at lunchtime and dinner.
