EXERCISE:

  • 30 min treadmill (incline walk @ 3.0-3.7; backwards incline @ 15 speed 1.5)
  • 60 min Zumba

WATER INTAKE: 24 oz


DIET:
Breakfast -
  • Left-over ground turkey & hashbrown scramble
  • 12 oz coffee w/ LF Vanilla Creamer @ Stevia
Snack -
  • Baby Carrots w/ fiesta ranch dip (greek yogurt w/ fiesta ranch mix added in)
Lunch -
  • Chipotle marinated chicken breast (cooked @ home)
  • Thin tortilla chips & salsa
Snack -
  • 5 strawberries (sliced)
Dinner -

  • Chips & Salsa
  • Chicken
