- 1.5 scrambled eggs w/ diced chipotle chicken, baby portabella mushrooms, green onions and mexi-cheese (made this scramble with 3 eggs and split in 1/2 for the rest to be for lunch)
- Baby Carrots & Celery w/ Fiesta Ranch Greek Yogurt dip
- Other half of egg scramble (see breakfast above)
- thin tortilla chips w/ chunky salsa
- banana
- animal crackers
- Spaghetti Squash w/ chicken breast & mushrooms in spaghetti sauce
DESSERT - with Nichole & kids
- Cupcake & Pineapple frozen yogurt w/ pineapple's & popping boba beads (after walking club)

Great day! Work went well, minus some morning frustrations. Good evening workout. Got to spend some time with a friend after walking club and ended the evening by cleaning the apartment for guests this weekend.
