Wellness Log: 5/2/12

CHALLENGE: I got a challenge from Ashley, you can view that HERE. It's to work on healthy & balanced snacks between meals and budgeting as well....it'll most likely start next week. THANK YOU ASHLEY for the challenge. :)


EXERCISE: 1 hour cardio at my NEW gym!!!! :)

  • 30 min treadmill with incline (while watching American Idol - YIPPEE!!!)
  • 30 min elliptical (while watching The Matrix)

WATER INTAKE: 16 oz


DIET:


Breakfast -
  • 2/3 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt with PB2 sprinkled and stirred in - YUM!
  • 8 oz coffee with LF Vanilla creamer & stevia
Lunch -
Dinner -
  • 6 in' Turkey & Roast Beef Sandwich on wheat from Mr. Goodcents
  • Blue Corn tortilla chips w/ chunky salsa
  • Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper
Snack -
  • animal crackers
$$ SPENT ON FOOD:

  • $7.00 (bought footlong, but only ate half - the rest for next day)
BIBLE READING/STUDY:
  • 1 John 5:14-15
  • Matthew 7:7-8
SUMMARY:


Still emotionally a bit off, but getting better. Working out helped A LOT! Only problem was I lost my appetite and didn't feel like eating...I don't know if that ties in with the emotional junk or the initial getting back to the gym and feeling weird eating after working out? *shrug* It felt good to be in a gym again and on the treadmill sweating though...AND...the machines at my new gym are all complete with TV's! NOW, I actually HATE watching TV, don't have the patience for it...BUT...when I'm spending 30+ minutes in one place, it's rather nice. ;) YIPPEE!!! Now I need to find a TV schedule that's fitting with my gym schedule and we might start a little routine...any TV show suggestions??? haha
